Plot Summary:
Ambika (Kajol), a devoted mother and schoolteacher from Kolkata, travels with her daughter Shweta (Kherin Sharma) to their ancestral village Chandrapur after her husband Shubankar (Indraneil Sengupta) dies under mysterious supernatural circumstances. They uncover a dark ancient curse tied to the village’s ritualistic sacrifices of young girls, linked to a malevolent demon, Aamsaja. As Shweta disappears, Ambika undergoes a spiritual transformation—channeling the divine power of goddess Kali—to confront the evil force and rescue her daughter.
