In this continuation of the post-apocalyptic saga, Spike (Alfie Williams) is inducted into the sadistic gang of Sir Lord Jimmy Crystal (Jack O’Connell) on the mainland, while Dr. Kelson (Ralph Fiennes) uncovers a world-altering discovery. The infected are no longer the only threat, and Spike must navigate a nightmare of ideology, power, and survival in a brutal new world. The violent extremes of humanity’s survivors create a chilling battleground where the true horror lies not just in the Rage virus but in the monstrous nature of the human psyche.
